Welcome! I am very excited for you, because you are entering Step 1.
Every 3 days you will get one step.
It is spaced so, because I want you to completely finish the step and the worksheet
before moving on to the next step. If you are lagging behind at any point, don’t worry! You
can always catch up and move on. You can move at your own pace.
In 21 days, you will have completed all 7 steps of the Stage 1 at which point you can choose your next course of action.
