“Accelerate” Your Progress through Rock Posture
This step has 3 videos to completely understand and practice the posture. The posture is called Vajra Aasanam. Vajra means solid, rock-like, firm. Vajra also means diamond which is the hardest rock on earth.
The first video is a silent demonstration of how the posture has to be done.
The second video is verbal demonstration of how the posture has to be done. It also explains what should not be done.
The third video is the actual practice of the posture where you will do it along with me.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The practice video where you are guided mirrors your movement. This means if I want you to fold your right leg, I fold my left leg in the video. This makes it easy for you to do the same side as that of mine.
